When will I receive my reward?
Majority of the rewards are sent within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). However, there are some rewards that may take up to 4 business days. If there are cases wherein there is a change in the availability of the requested reward, you will definitely be notified via email.
Kindly wait at least 7 business days before submitting a ticket for any concern. Please ensure that you have also checked the Junk/Spam folder in your email as well.
