Why am I getting a white screen when I try to access the site?
If you experience this issue, please submit a ticket but before doing so, please gather some technical details so we can investigate.
If you are using Chrome:
- Right-click and select "Inspect"
- Click "Network"
- Click "XHR"
- Take a screenshot of the entire browser (visit this link if you need assistance with taking screenshots)
- Click "Console"
- Click Errors and see what's there
- Take another screenshot.
If you are using Safari:
- Right-click and select "Inspect Element"
- Click "Network"
- Click "XHR"
- Take a screenshot of the entire browser (visit this link if you need assistance with taking screenshots)
- Click "Console"
- Ensure "Errors" is selected.
- Take another screenshot.
Once you have gathered the necessary screenshots, please submit a ticket by following this link.
