Why am I getting a white screen when I try to access the site?

If you experience this issue, please submit a ticket but before doing so, please gather some technical details so we can investigate.

If you are using Chrome:

  1. Right-click and select "Inspect"
  2. Click "Network"
  3. Click "XHR"
  4. Take a screenshot of the entire browser (visit this link if you need assistance with taking screenshots)
  5. Click "Console"
  6. Click Errors and see what's there
  7. Take another screenshot.

If you are using Safari:

  1. Right-click and select "Inspect Element"
  2. Click "Network"
  3. Click "XHR"
  4. Take a screenshot of the entire browser (visit this link if you need assistance with taking screenshots)
  5. Click "Console"
  6. Ensure "Errors" is selected.
  7. Take another screenshot.
