Why do I receive an error message when redeeming a reward?

You will not be able to redeem a reward if our security system finds suspicious behavior such as the usage of proxy servers and VPN. If this is the case, kindly submit a ticket.

In addition, you must confirm a phone number that belongs to the country you reside in. To change your phone number, follow these instructions:

  1. At the "Menu" on upper left of the member's area, click "Profile".
  2. Scroll down to the phone number field.
  3. Enter your new phone number.

Please be informed that you will only be able to change your phone number once in 7 days for security reasons. If you are unable to change your phone number, kindly try again after a week.
