Where is my confirmation PIN? I haven't received anything.

Here are some things you can try if you are having issues confirming your mobile number:

  1. Double-check the phone number entered in your profile, as this is the most common issue. If you entered an incorrect number, input the correct number and proceed with the SMS or voice confirmation.
  2. If you are unable to receive an SMS, try the voice option. Sometimes, networks can experience delays, or may preemptively block a message.
  3. If you've changed your phone number 3 times in one week, you must wait 7 days to re-enter a phone number.
