How do I close or delete my account?

To close your account:

1. Click the hamburger menu on the top right of the navigation area.
2. Under Others, click "Settings".
3. Under Personal Information, scroll down to the bottom.
4. Just under the Save button, a footnote with the text "If you wish to delete your account, click here." Click the link and you'll be redirected to a new page.
5. Then click the "Close" tab. At this point, an email will be sent to you.
6. Check your email and click the "Confirm" button in the email to completely close your account.
