I receive an error message when redeeming a reward?

You may be unable to redeem a reward if our security system finds suspicious behaviour, such as the usage or proxies. Also, you must confirm a phone number that's belongs to the country you belong. To change your phone number, follow the below instructions:

  1. Tap on the 3 lines on the top left of the app
  2. Tap "Profile"
  3. Tap "Edit Profile."
  4. Enter your new phone number

If you are unable to change your phone number, you must wait up to 1 week. Your phone number can only be changed a maximum of once a week due to security reasons. We are unable to override this setting through the support department, so you must wait
