If this happens, it's best to reach out to the survey company's customer service and provide proof of completion to resolve the issue.

CINT Wall

CINT Surveys is a popular platform for online market research surveys. If you have completed a survey on CINT but did not receive your promised points, there's no need to worry. You can easily contact CINT's customer support team using the link: https://cint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. This link will direct you to the CINT support page, where you can fill out a ticket explaining the issue you encountered. CINT's customer support team will then work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your points as soon as possible.



CPX Research

If you completed a survey on CPX Research but didn't receive your points, you can easily contact them for assistance.

  1. Click the CPX Research survey wall and click on the three stripes three stripes button.png at the top left corner of the page.

  2. Select "Help" and scroll down to the bottom. You can create a new ticket using the contact form.

  3. Fill out the online form and provide as many relevant details as possible (Reference number, survey date, survey ID number, etc.). You can also include a screenshot or a video.

  4. Click the 'Submit' button.

If you completed a survey on Prime Surveys and did not receive your points, you can contact their Support through their survey panel on your account.

  1. Click the Prime Surveys panel on your account, and then the question mark.png button at the top right corner.

TheoremReach

If you completed a survey on TheoremReach but didn't receive your points, you can easily contact them for assistance. First, open the TheoremReach survey wall, click on the three stripes located at the top right corner, and select "Survey History and Support".

Select the survey you completed that you have issues with, select from the dropdown then click "Submit".

If you have completed a survey on YourSurveys but did not receive the points you were promised, you can easily submit a support request using the link:
https://yoursurveys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. This will direct you to the 'YourSurveys' Support page, where you can fill out a ticket explaining the issue you encountered. Make sure to include as many details as possible, such as your account information and the survey you completed. YourSurveys' customer support team will then work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your points as soon as possible.
