Verifying Your Account With Identification

If you are receiving a message which states that you need to verify your account, please follow the instructions in the prompt shown when you log in to the members area. Within the prompt, you will notice a link, which takes you to our verification partner - Vouched.ID. In addition, you would have also received an email stating the instructions to verify your account.

After you submit your identification, you simply need to wait! Our support staff processes identification checks daily, and you should receive a response within 48 business hours. If you don't receive a response within 72 business hours, please feel free to reply to the original verification email sent to you.
